We want you to love your purchase.  If you find that your purchase doesn't suit you please let us know.  


Please send a note within 7 days of receiving your order by email to hello@gilded-glamour.com to arrange an exchange or refund of your purchase.  
If you decide to return an item, you are responsible for the original shipping charge and the cost of returning the package.  Please note that these costs will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.


Skincare products must contain at least 50% of the product and be returned in their original product packaging. Please note customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees incurred for returning products to us. Once we have initiated your return process we will provide you with our return address.


Candles returns must be in their original, unused condition along with all packaging. 


Once the return is received and inspected, the refund is processed securely via the original method of payment and may take up to 7-10 business days to complete.
