GILDED want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, GILDED will gladly accept your return of unused, unaltered or defective merchandise within 30 days (All products must be unused, unopened and in the original packaging. (Used products may be returned if they are defective). Merchandise must have all tags attached. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the packing slip included with your shipment. Failure to include this form will result in prolonged processing of your return. All items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned and exchanged at any time. 

To return a GILDED item, we kindly ask you to end a note within 7 days of receiving your order by email to hello@gilded-glamour.com to arrange an exchange or refund of your purchase.    

GILDED reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements. Any merchandise received outside of the return window will be returned to the customer.

Please note: We cannot confirm delivery of your return but we will send a confirmation email that your credit card has been refunded within approximatly 10-14 business days of receiving your returned merchandise.

Skincare products must contain at least 75% of the product and be returned in their original product packaging. 

Candles returns must be in their original, unused condition along with all packaging. 

Please note customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees incurred for returning products to us. Once we have initiated your return process we will provide you with our return address.
